If you’re thinking about getting a tatt, here’s a way to get one and spread a little Christmas joy this weekend while you’re at it. Sacred Skin Tattoo Studio is accepting toys in lieu of payment for tattoos this Sunday, with the toys received going to children who are doing it tough this festive season. The toys do have to be a minimum of $50 in value, and the studio is only tattooing set designs on arms and legs with no option to alter them. Taking over a warehouse in Newstead for just three weeks, Sunshine Coast’s Pomona Distilling Co has set up a gin-tastic bar, where you can sip gin cocktails and even take a bottle or two home with you—whether to gift or to keep all for yourself.
