Agave Chopped Salad Mixed greens, black beans, mango, tomato, avocado, corn, red bell peppers, & applewood smoked bacon tossed in green chile vinaigrette and a spicy ranch drizzle served with crispy corn tortillas. The buffet at Desert Diamond Sahuarita was very poor. We were there for a show in the Diamond Center and the Agave restaurant could not guarantee that we would be served in an hour and twenty minutes, they were only about 1/.3 full a the time, so we went to the buffet, It would have better to have gone hungry and grabbed a burger on the way. Today during a stressful call Jenn went above and beyond by taking her time and reading to a patient’s daughter who was upset while her father was being treated in the Emergency room.
